I am a fan of container gardens. I am a fan of herb gardens.  Therefore I am a fan of container herb gardens. If you want to grow stuff (anything really) and you do not have space, you should try container gardening.  Some herbs will even come back next year if you live in the right zone.  Please remember that if you choose to grow mint (hello, mint tea! YUM!), it really should be in it's own container.  Mint is very aggressive.  I also like growing my own foods because I can grow them organically.  While I'm not a crunchy "grow all my food from scratch" kind of person, I do like organics because I can choose what goes into my family's bodies.
